The referee showed Alex Dol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Hugo Jurdan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Henny Jans made a huge save. 40 minutes into the match, eDp! Gaming FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sjors Schulte came free, but Prospero Bikendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henny Jans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Gudesteo in the 43rd minute of the match. When eDp! Cristobal Oto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henny Jans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Jimeno Gudesteo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henny Jans having to interfere. eDp! Gaming FC's Prospero Bikendi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save eDp! Gaming FC from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute, Hugo Jurdan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henny Jans was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After some careless play in the Verwachting defense, Jimeno Gudesteo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henny Jans. The Verwachting fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henny Jans should have stopped the shot. Prospero Bikendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralph Peeters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Verwachting booed when eDp!
