Spectators: 7608 (Terracing: 5707, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joacim Låsberg started the match with the kick off. Juan Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joacim Låsberg in the 3rd minute of the match. After 4 minutes, Sérgio Freire mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oranil and the BK Gubbhöft players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes Oranil got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio Freire. A collision led to BK Gubbhöft getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Roy Rönn hit a great ball. The supporters of BK Gubbhöft booed when Oranil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmílson Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dennis Enström in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Velloso saved Oranil from getting behind. Juan Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Askestät in the 20th minute of the match. Sérgio Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Oranil's Juan Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Enström in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Joacim Låsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Joacim Låsberg put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Juan Velloso. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joacim Låsberg in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Velloso saved Oranil from getting behind. After some careless play in the Oranil defense, Joacim Låsberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Velloso. The Oranil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Velloso should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmílson Catarinense made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Oranil's Kléber Saldanha got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The supporters of Oranil booed when BK Gubbhöft was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Bergdal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmílson Catarinense hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in BK Gubbhöft's zone, Sérgio das Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Folke Hybbert came out of the goal and Sérgio das Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to BK Gubbhöft getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Roy Rönn hit a great ball. When BK Gubbhöft's Joacim Låsberg in 72 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Juan Velloso guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After some careless play in the Oranil defense, Dennis Enström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Velloso. The Oranil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Velloso should have stopped the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Oranil's goal looked a bit too open when Joacim Låsberg came free, but Juan Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Benet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Oranil getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Kiko Teixeira hit a great ball. When BK Gubbhöft's Joacim Låsberg in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oranil's goalie prevented a goal. With his leg Juan Velloso managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when BK Gubbhöft's Joacim Låsberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 88 played minutes Oranil got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio Freire. A hard shot by Marcus Persson from long distance, 89 minutes into the match, got Juan Velloso's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Alf Benet's late challenge caught a Oranil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alf Benet helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joacim Låsberg in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Oranil supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BK Gubbhöft's performance. The match ended with a win for BK Gubbhöft.
