The referee ignored Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s protests and gave Milomir Postin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd minute, Milomir Postin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erasmo Fernendo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sreten Fatić came out and tried to block the shot, but Erasmo Fernendo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. When Eustacio Hitz fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's protests and gave Eustacio Hitz a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Milomir Postin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Danilo Frascuelo. 1-1. 18 minutes into the match, Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s goalkeeper Sreten Fatić had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Artemio Goiz. Vladislav Lalević kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Relja Bisenić hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Artemio Goiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sreten Fatić having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Erasmo Fernendo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ the free kick. In the 32nd minute, Erasmo Fernendo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Bojan Milinčić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Bojan Milinčić hit a great ball. Sreten Fatić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Magdaleno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 played minutes NEWELL´S OLD BOYS got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Fernendo. In the 46th minute, Amancio Magdaleno reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sreten Fatić. The goal made the score 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Amancio Magdaleno made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Nikola Tesla made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Danilo Frascuelo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ defense, Artemio Goiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sreten Fatić. The Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sreten Fatić should have stopped the shot. Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Sreten Fatić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Magdaleno in the 61st minute of play. Sreten Fatić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Fernendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Erasmo Fernendo got his second yellow card in the match during the 68th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 69 played minutes NEWELL´S OLD BOYS got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Fernendo. Nedeljko Mladenović kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Amancio Magdaleno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sreten Fatić having to interfere. If Nikola Tesla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Vladislav Lalević took a quick shot and it went in 3-4 without a chance for Danilo Frascuelo to make any attempt to save it. Sreten Fatić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artemio Goiz in the 90th minute of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant NEWELL´S OLD BOYS side.
