The referee ignored Lillhärdal BF's protests and gave Egon Olsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute, Egon Olsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th match minute, ORIZABA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Macias to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Lillhärdal BF's Emanuel Svanberg got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Tony Ödman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Dante Txema had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alex Bergqvist. Lillhärdal BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dante Txema was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Emanuel Svanberg in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gervasio Sazon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alex Bergqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Txema in the 18th minute of play. After 19 minutes, Petter Lund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lillhärdal BF and the ORIZABA F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Braulio Erasto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lillhärdal BF's Alex Bergqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Macias in the 25th minute of play. Alex Bergqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Txema in the 26th minute of play. After 32 played minutes Lillhärdal BF got a freekick which was hit by Per-Arne Hansson. After a rather tough play, ORIZABA F.C.'s Dante Txema got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 43 played minutes Lillhärdal BF got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Josefsson. 47 minutes into the match, Lillhärdal BF's Christer Rönn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gervasio Sazon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half ORIZABA F.C. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ubaldo Mogel to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, ORIZABA F.C.'s Braulio Erasto got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Alex Bergqvist made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Dante Txema sent off a good shot on target. Victor Maxin was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 70 minutes into the match. Dante Txema could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Alex Bergqvist made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in ORIZABA F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! ORIZABA F.C.:s Gervasio Sazon showed great skill when he stopped Olof Carlberg:s penalty. Gervasio Sazon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olof Carlberg went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Per-Åke Holmgren charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Åke Holmgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ORIZABA F.C. booed when Lillhärdal BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Åke Holmgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gervasio Sazon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Ödman in the 92nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Lillhärdal BF's Per-Arne Hansson got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Gervasio Sazon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christer Rönn went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
