Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jorginho Soares took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Tango en Miami FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Bruce Vogt hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Tango en Miami FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorginho Soares came free, but Robbie Kaufman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Jorginho Soares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robbie Kaufman. Tango en Miami FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorginho Soares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Roberto Cummins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lionel Evans kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorginho Soares in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robbie Kaufman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute Rodrigo Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robbie Kaufman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilson Short got free with Filipe Travassos in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 35 minutes, Roberto Cummins made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Internazionale-RS's Filipe Travassos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Robbie Kaufman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorginho Soares went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Robbie Kaufman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorginho Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Ronaldinho de Amarals short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Robbie Kaufman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Robbie Kaufman made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Jorginho Soares sent off a good shot on target. Robbie Kaufman came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Internazionale-RS's Ronaldinho de Amaral. But to his dismay, Ronaldinho de Amaral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. In the 70th match minute, Tango en Miami FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Hinkle to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldinho de Amaral had several of the Tango en Miami FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 72 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-6 score and a disappointed Robbie Kaufman as he didn't even see the shot coming. Rodrigo Magalhães hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Bruce Vogt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Ronaldinho de Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Internazionale-RS's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldinho de Amaral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robbie Kaufman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Tango en Miami FC's Leonard Wagner got a free kick in the 86th minute. If Wilson Short had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
