ORIZABA F.C.'s Javier Rosario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Cummins in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Ubaldo Mogel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robbie Kaufman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ubaldo Mogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruce Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Ubaldo Mogel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robbie Kaufman having to interfere. Ovidio Deunoro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a rather tough play, Tango en Miami FC's Lionel Evans got a free kick in the 20th minute. Lionel Evans charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lionel Evans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tango en Miami FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Lionel Evans hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Mogel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robbie Kaufman. Tango en Miami FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubaldo Mogel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Tango en Miami FC's Wilson Short got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robbie Kaufman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Gauargi, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. A collision led to ORIZABA F.C. getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Sixto Ezkerra hit a great ball. Robbie Kaufman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Gauargi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes Tango en Miami FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilson Short. In the 42nd minute, Ubaldo Mogel made a precise shot to the right of Robbie Kaufman. Tango en Miami FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Robbie Kaufman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Gauargi in the 46th minute of the match. Ovidio Deunoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roberto Cummins to make the kick off. Nugent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Wilson Short sped through ORIZABA F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Javier Rosario. In the 67th match minute, Tango en Miami FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by A.J. Nugent to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roberto Cummins during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tango en Miami FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Roberto Cummins hit a great ball. Bruce Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Roberto Cummins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ubaldo Mogel took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robbie Kaufman. Robbie Kaufman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 86th minute Ubaldo Mogel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robbie Kaufman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Tango en Miami FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by A.J. Nugent to maneuver through the defense. The ORIZABA F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ORIZABA F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
