Li Archibugieri's Filippo Diana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hustaz Cedron in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of Mesere booed when Li Archibugieri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Sammartano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filippo Diana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inacio Tordesillas in the 28th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Inacio Tordesillas in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filippo Diana saved Li Archibugieri from getting behind. After 32 played minutes, Li Archibugieri's Emilio Anzolin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tristan Laiseca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Li Archibugieri reached it. When Hustaz Cedron came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Mesere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hustaz Cedron couldn't finish the play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hustaz Cedron to make the kick off. Li Archibugieri's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Hustaz Cedron scored to the left of an out of position Filippo Diana, making the score, 0-6. Mesere's Machado Enao was substituted for Guilllermo Agra. Hustaz Cedron received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Filippo Diana came out and tried to block the shot, but Hustaz Cedron slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 73rd minute. Hustaz Cedron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Filippo Diana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
