In the 4thth minute of the game Valdomiro Cearense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ugonotti's Fulvio Calabrese was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Premier FC's Luís Eduardo Capixaba got a free kick in the 5th minute. Aldo Crema might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kaká Soares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Crema ran back to his position shaking his head. Aldo Crema kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Kaká Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosimo Benedetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Kaká Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Crema in the 24th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rubens Maia during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kaká Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosimo Benedetti in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 35 minutes, Cosimo Benedetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ugonotti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cosimo Benedetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Ugonotti getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Aldo Crema hit a great ball. If Felice Anzolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosimo Benedetti in the 46th minute of play forced Premier FC's goalkeeper Kaká Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdomiro Cearense was the one to do the kick off. Felice Anzolin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Kaká Soares made a huge save. 60 minutes into the match, Premier FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eraldo Puja came free, but Kaká Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Eraldo Puja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th match minute, Premier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joélson Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ugonotti booed when Premier FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luís Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cosimo Benedetti fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ugonotti's protests and gave Cosimo Benedetti a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdomiro Cearense in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fulvio Calabrese prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Charles Ceresso hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ugonotti getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Aldo Crema hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, Premier FC's goalkeeper Kaká Soares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eraldo Puja. Fulvio Calabrese took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Ceresso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
