Spectators: 7444 (Terracing: 5584, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) Rikard Hozjan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Lazar Mandić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 6 minutes, Lazar Mandić made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Villa Gordiani's Emiliano Grossi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th minute of the match Miomir Mesarić shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emiliano Grossi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 11th minute, Concetto Zoccolo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emiliano Grossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rikard Hozjan, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Emiliano Grossi came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Rikard Hozjan. But to his dismay, Rikard Hozjan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rikard Hozjan in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emiliano Grossi saved Villa Gordiani from getting behind. Robert Palunko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Cimino in the 27th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Dino Cimino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa Gordiani fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 32nd match minute, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Belić to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rikard Hozjan in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emiliano Grossi saved Villa Gordiani from getting behind. Rikard Hozjan took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emiliano Grossi. Emiliano Grossi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. A collision led to GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Simon Belić hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ got a freekick which was hit by Simon Belić. Amedeo Pompilio hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Emiliano Grossi was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Lazar Mandić capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lazar Mandić really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. A collision led to Villa Gordiani getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Dino Cimino hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Hozjan in the 63rd minute of play forced Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Emiliano Grossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Villa Gordiani's Emiliano Grossi got control of the ball when Rikard Hozjan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 68th minute Rikard Hozjan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Grossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rikard Hozjan in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Grossi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Grga Stroligo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Emiliano Grossi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Hozjan in the 77th minute of play forced Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Emiliano Grossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emiliano Grossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miomir Mesarić in the 84th minute of the match. Dino Cimino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Palunko having to interfere. When Dino Cimino came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Villa Gordiani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Cimino couldn't finish the play. Dino Cimino struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Robert Palunko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa Gordiani.
