With a little luck, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Thomás Vides got control of the ball when Atalan Yalın tried to sneak it across the goal line. Atalan Yalın's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Thomás Vides firmly grabbed it by the left post. Aytekin Tardu charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aytekin Tardu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Paulo José das Neves hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. CAN ERZURUM's Fernado Muslera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Sanches in the 33rd minute of play. After some careless play in the AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ defense, Yalçın Özgenc kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomás Vides. The AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomás Vides should have stopped the shot. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Thomás Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bilgehan Kiray in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Sidney de Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atalan Yalın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Thomás Vides took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bilgin Yenisey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thomás Vides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilgehan Kiray in the 84th minute of play. Thomás Vides didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bilgin Yenisey went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score.
