Spectators: 7542 (Terracing: 5658, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Radamel Falcao got the match started through his kick off. Radamel Falcao kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Ubaldo Leoiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Poças having to interfere. BELGRANO's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 27 minutes, Teo Lauren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. A. BELGRANO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Lauren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of FC Beatriz 08 booed when C. A. BELGRANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Casado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sidónio Quental scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeo Amor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute, C. A. BELGRANO's Arnulfo Restu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Geraldo Poças. Geraldo Poças yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Gervásio Mourato charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gervásio Mourato the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes FC Beatriz 08 got a freekick which was hit by Gervásio Mourato. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Geraldo Poças made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Restu in the 57th minute of play. Ubaldo Leoiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Radamel Falcao fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Beatriz 08's protests and gave Radamel Falcao a yellow card for diving instead. After 61 played minutes FC Beatriz 08 got a freekick which was hit by Radamel Falcao. If Ubaldo Leoiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geraldo Poças didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnulfo Restu went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute Gregório Brochado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Amor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Arnulfo Restu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geraldo Poças was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After 79 played minutes FC Beatriz 08 got a freekick which was hit by Radamel Falcao. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnulfo Restu in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geraldo Poças saved FC Beatriz 08 from getting behind. In the 82nd minute Arnulfo Restu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geraldo Poças saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geraldo Poças took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Restu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geraldo Poças made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Leoiar in the 86th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C. A. BELGRANO fully deserved thier win.
