When the match had been going on for 19 minutes, 100 Chance's Vicente Nogueira got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jessie Amos. Filipe Meneses succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 30th playminute. Vicente Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jessie Amos having to interfere. Stewart Shaver hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute of the match Vicente Nogueira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jessie Amos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as 100 Chance's Naldo Marquez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jessie Amos. That made the score 4-0 after 38 minutes of play. Jessie Amos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fábio Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Naldo Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jessie Amos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dráuzio Paraíba to strike the kick off in the second half. Jessie Amos came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by 100 Chance's Naldo Marquez. But to his dismay, Naldo Marquez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Jessie Amos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dráuzio Paraíba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Charlotte FC defense, Luiz Maciel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jessie Amos. The Charlotte FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jessie Amos should have stopped the shot. In the 77th minute Filipe Meneses shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jessie Amos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Filipe Meneses made a precise shot to the right of Jessie Amos. Charlotte FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0.
