Leopoldo Cerezo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filipe Meneses received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amadeo Amor came out and tried to block the shot, but Filipe Meneses slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 32nd minute. In the 43rd match minute, 100 Chance was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Luís Fábio Machado put in a rough tackle. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for 100 Chance! Leopoldo Cerezo had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Guido Mannuel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After the first half C. A. BELGRANO were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dráuzio Paraíba made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Sixto Lluis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leopoldo Cerezo, 2-5. Dráuzio Paraíba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Amor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naldo Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráuzio Paraíba in the 63rd minute of play forced C. A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Amadeo Amor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to C. A. BELGRANO getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Guido Mannuel hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, C. A.
