Spectators: 7509 (Terracing: 5632, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) Kacper Domala made the kick off and thus started the match. 13 minutes into the game, Ladislav Bernard recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leon Mentus. Ladislav Bernard showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Ladislav Bernard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Mentus having to interfere. Zdeněk Koutský took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kacper Domala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes Božetěch Krákora rounded Piotrków Trybunalski's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. In the 42nd minute, Ladislav Bernard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leon Mentus was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Božetěch Krákora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ladislav Bernard to strike the kick off in the second half. Zdeněk Koutský made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kacper Domala in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute Ladislav Bernard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Mentus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 played minutes FK TEPLICE STARS got a freekick which was hit by Ladislav Bernard. 66 minutes into the match, FK TEPLICE STARS's goal looked a bit too open when Kacper Domala came free, but Zdeněk Koutský reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Božetěch Krákora had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leon Mentus. Piotrków Trybunalski's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Božetěch Krákora was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kacper Domala got free with Zdeněk Koutský in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislav Bernard in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leon Mentus saved Piotrków Trybunalski from getting behind. After having played for 85 minutes, Ladislav Bernard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK TEPLICE STARS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislav Bernard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ladislav Bernard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Mentus having to interfere. If Božetěch Krákora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislav Bernard in the 95th minute of play forced Piotrków Trybunalski's goalkeeper Leon Mentus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Piotrków Trybunalski players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FK TEPLICE STARS.
