The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Ninjas FK got a freekick which was hit by Joakim Arvidsson. With an all-out effort, Piotrków Trybunalski's Kristian Sillén threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kacper Domala, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Herbert Juroszek fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piotrków Trybunalski's protests and gave Herbert Juroszek a yellow card for diving instead. Herbert Juroszek kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Antoni Falke took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kristian Sillén to make any attempt to save it. After 12 played minutes Ninjas FK got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Hjeltman. 15 minutes into the match, Ninjas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Falke came free, but Kristian Sillén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ninjas FK were furious when Aaron Kvalfält was red carded, 19 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a defensive mix-up in Piotrków Trybunalski's zone, Torsten Kiempe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Mentus came out of the goal and Torsten Kiempe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th match minute, Ninjas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ture Öberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th match minute, Piotrków Trybunalski was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoni Falke to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the game, Kacper Domala recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kristian Sillén. Kacper Domala showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Torsten Kiempe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Mentus having to interfere. Leon Mentus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Kiempe in the 36th minute of play. Leon Mentus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Hjeltman, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Ninjas FK's goalkeeper Kristian Sillén had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mieszko Czysta. Kristian Sillén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kacper Domala in the 47th minute of play. In the 48th minute Kacper Domala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Sillén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torsten Kiempe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Torsten Kiempe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leon Mentus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Kristian Sillén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kacper Domala in the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Ture Öberg made a precise shot to the right of Leon Mentus. Piotrków Trybunalski's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. When Joakim Arvidsson fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ninjas FK's protests and gave Joakim Arvidsson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Piotrków Trybunalski booed when Ninjas FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joakim Arvidsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Torsten Kiempe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ninjas FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piotrków Trybunalski the free kick. After 66 played minutes Ninjas FK got a freekick which was hit by Torsten Kiempe. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kacper Domala in the 70th minute of play forced Ninjas FK's goalkeeper Kristian Sillén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Aureliusz Fronczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torsten Kiempe got free with Leon Mentus in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Piotrków Trybunalski's Leon Mentus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Piotrków Trybunalski from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mieszko Czysta in the 86th minute of play forced Ninjas FK's goalkeeper Kristian Sillén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ninjas FK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Torsten Kiempe hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Kacper Domala left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piotrków Trybunalski fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Piotrków Trybunalski's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
