Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stanislaw Podolski in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gino Brito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benedykt Bielenda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Bezerros EC's Gino Brito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Bezerros EC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Bezerros EC's Dráuzio Tasso got a free kick in the 35th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juliusz Pacholewski got free with Gino Brito in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Bezerros EC's Gino Brito got control of the ball when Stanislaw Podolski tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juliusz Pacholewski made a kick off. Gino Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juliusz Pacholewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Vágner Cunha fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bezerros EC's protests and gave Vágner Cunha a yellow card for diving instead. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
