Spectators: 7477 (Terracing: 5609, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vito Areta made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Chancy Olympique's Jake Zarrella got a free kick in the 7th minute. Remo Steingher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodas Valdivieso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remo Steingher didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Franklin Polo went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Chancy Olympique's Marc Greub couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Taltum FC. Remo Steingher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodas Valdivieso in the 19th minute of play. Cristobal Jesus was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Karim Rusch capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Karim Rusch really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Remo Steingher came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Taltum FC's Mellington Aniego. But to his dismay, Mellington Aniego quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karim Rusch made a kick off. Claude Zurbuchen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Cristobal Jesus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iza Orejo's late challenge caught a Chancy Olympique's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iza Orejo helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 played minutes Taltum FC got a freekick which was hit by Iza Orejo. 55 minutes into the game, Chancy Olympique's Jake Zarrella nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristobal Jesus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Mellington Aniego succeeded in the game's 61st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. Franklin Polo took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remo Steingher. Remo Steingher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. 72 minutes into the match, Vito Areta dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Remo Steingher, 2-5. Cristobal Jesus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karim Rusch, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Remo Steingher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Polo in the 92nd minute of the match. Karim Rusch hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Taltum FC's Franklin Polo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Remo Steingher. Remo Steingher yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6. Taltum FC played a much better game than Chancy Olympique and deserved their victory. The Chancy Olympique players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
