In the 40th minute of the match Lennart Lundhberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Illan Sirvent skillfully saved the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustavo Blazquez made a kick off. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Illan Sirvent showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 63 played minutes Lennart Lundhberg rounded Auriolam II C.F.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. The audience was convinced that Bitxintxo Zamora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Johan Åkerström was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Linus Vollander in the 83rd minute of play forced Auriolam II C.F.'s goalkeeper Illan Sirvent to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Auriolam II C.F. defense, Lennart Lundhberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Illan Sirvent. The Auriolam II C.F. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Illan Sirvent should have stopped the shot. Pauliström's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
