The supporters of Liberland booed when Academia Monte Gordo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Paulo Afonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateus Teves acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 37th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Carmelo Silbestre. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Liberland booed when Academia Monte Gordo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Frois didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Liberland getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Roman Seguinus hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sabino Valverde got free with Victorino Rainerio in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 80 minutes of play, Liberland's Placido Ilazki made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateus Teves was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Academia Monte Gordo's Sabino Valverde got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Mateus Teves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Abel in the 85th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Claudemiro Aveiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Liberland's goalkeeper Victorino Rainerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by António Mendes.
