When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Trendafil Tilev sped through Liberland's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Donato Tiso. Donato Tiso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gercho Nenchovski, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After some careless play in the Liberland defense, Trendafil Tilev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donato Tiso. The Liberland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donato Tiso should have stopped the shot. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Slavi Lichev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Silbestre in the 18th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match, Carmelo Silbestre tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Slavi Lichev saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Donato Tiso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trendafil Tilev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Liberland's goal looked a bit too open when Gercho Nenchovski came free, but Donato Tiso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Placido Ilazki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Slavi Lichev made a huge save. Donato Tiso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trendafil Tilev in the 28th minute of the match. Donato Tiso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Slavi Lichev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save VN SOKOLI-VARNA from getting a goal against them. Donato Tiso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trendafil Tilev in the 45th minute of the match. The wind increased when Gercho Nenchovski made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Abel in the 63rd minute of play forced VN SOKOLI-VARNA's goalkeeper Slavi Lichev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asparuh Nechev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Donato Tiso made a huge save. Trendafil Tilev's late challenge caught a Liberland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Trendafil Tilev helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute, Trendafil Tilev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Velyo Demirev slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Donato Tiso. That made the score 0-7 after 71 minutes of play. If Ilko Zvúncharov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Velyo Demirev got free with Donato Tiso in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donato Tiso made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Asparuh Nechev sent off a good shot on target. Trendafil Tilev took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donato Tiso. Donato Tiso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. The Liberland supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching VN SOKOLI-VARNA's performance. The match ended with a win for VN SOKOLI-VARNA.
