Spectators: 7483 (Terracing: 5614, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rogelio Madeo kicked off to start the match. Constantino Manny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wasyl Bugajski, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Maraman in the 10th minute of play forced KAMILOS's goalkeeper Iwan Gierasik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmund Kalemba came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Constantino Manny could save by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as KAMILOS's Wasyl Bugajski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Constantino Manny. That made the score 1-2 after 43 minutes of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Edward Napierkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute of the match, Rogelio Madeo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iwan Gierasik saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Vélez Juniors made a substitution. Emilio Serafo replaced Ulises Cristofol. After 60 played minutes Vélez Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Godoy. In the 61st minute Edmund Kalemba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Manny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Vélez Juniors's Rogelio Madeo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iwan Gierasik. Iwan Gierasik yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Amancio Godoy hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Fidel Pietros short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Iwan Gierasik to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 1-5 became the score in the 70th minute when Fidel Pietro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 75 minutes into the game, Anacleto Eztebe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vélez Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KAMILOS the free kick. 74 minutes into the game, one of Vélez Juniors:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Vélez Juniors:s Constantino Manny showed great skill when he stopped Edmund Kalemba:s penalty. In the 76th minute, Edmund Kalemba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantino Manny was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Iwan Gierasik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Madeo in the 82nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Rogelio Madeo took a quick shot and it went in 2-6 without a chance for Iwan Gierasik to make any attempt to save it. Iwan Gierasik was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Guaberto Maraman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Guaberto Maraman really showed his touch with that goal: 2-7. Iwan Gierasik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Madeo in the 93rd minute of play. When Radoslaw Zajac fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KAMILOS's protests and gave Radoslaw Zajac a yellow card for diving instead. After 96 played minutes KAMILOS got a freekick which was hit by Radoslaw Zajac. After 97 minutes of play, Vélez Juniors's Amancio Godoy made it 2-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iwan Gierasik was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vélez Juniors's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
