After 23 played minutes Meerkats FC got a freekick which was hit by Ryan Mallia. Nicolas Andrade struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Nathan Sant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabio Rapa to make the kick off. Adelino de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Rapa in the 52nd minute of play. Adelino de Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabio Rapa went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Teodoro Guedes hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Meerkats FC's Timothy De Battista got a free kick in the 65th minute. The supporters of BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER booed when Meerkats FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stephan Duca didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Augusto Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Nathan Sant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Sant having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Rapa came free, but Adelino de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, João Augusto Sá got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Murillo Recife hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Gianluca Dalli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Meerkats FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
