Viola Invest's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gelu Covaci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florin Răducioiu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Máximo Castaño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Bărboianu in the 30th minute of play. In the 36th minute Nae Bărboianu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Castaño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th match minute, Juventus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Martínez to maneuver through the defense. Gelu Covaci kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nae Bărboianu made a kick off. Viola Invest's David Şneapotă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Martínez in the 52nd minute of play. Máximo Castaño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nae Bărboianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After 63 played minutes Juventus FC got a freekick which was hit by Quentin Obis. Samuel Martínezs short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got David Şneapotă to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Máximo Castaño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Bărboianu in the 74th minute of play. Nae Bărboianu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Máximo Castaño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Viola Invest had won after a very even match.
