Spectators: 7652 (Terracing: 5741, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) Nae Bărboianu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Nae Bărboianu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Claudio Librado. The goal made the score 1-0. Epifanio Hartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. David Şneapotă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guns And Roses's Antonio Cordara got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Florin Răducioiu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Claudio Librado. That made the score 2-0 in the 35 minute of play. After 41 played minutes Guns And Roses got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Enetz. When Florin Bălașa came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Viola Invest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florin Bălașa couldn't finish the play. Nicolae Jilăveanu's late challenge caught a Guns And Roses's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolae Jilăveanu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Nicolae Jilăveanu hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Espiridion stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Viola Invest booed when Guns And Roses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Hartz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute Nae Bărboianu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Librado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Joel Espiridion came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Guns And Roses fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Espiridion couldn't finish the play. Guns And Roses's Claudio Librado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nae Bărboianu in the 71st minute of play. Aldo Enetz hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Nae Bărboianu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Viola Invest fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 86th minute, Nae Bărboianu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Florin Bălașa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nae Bărboianu struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Claudio Librado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viola Invest. 98 minutes into the game, one of Viola Invest:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, David Şneapotă, was totally fooled by Guns And Roses's Angelito Demaria, who 99 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Viola Invest's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
