The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Melchor Acuña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Bărboianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelino Obeko kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Sebastian Gotzon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 28 minutes into the match, Durazno FC's Sebastian Gotzon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Şneapotă narrowly saved just below the crossbar. David Şneapotă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Gotzon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melchor Acuña made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Florin Bălașa sent off a good shot on target. Melchor Acuña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nae Bărboianu went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Melchor Acuña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florin Răducioiu went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute Nae Bărboianu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Acuña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Gotzon came free, but David Şneapotă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

After recieving a nice pass, Viola Invest's Martin Bilașco tried to score from far away in the 52nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Nae Bărboianu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Viola Invest fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Nae Bărboianu took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melchor Acuña. Melchor Acuña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. After some careless play in the Durazno FC defense, Nae Bărboianu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melchor Acuña. The Durazno FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melchor Acuña should have stopped the shot. Victor Armanca's late challenge caught a Durazno FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Armanca helped the player get up and apologised. David Şneapotă was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eliseo Prejun. Melchor Acuña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Bălașa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florin Răducioiu scored 8-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melchor Acuña, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Durazno FC defense, Nae Bărboianu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melchor Acuña. The Durazno FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melchor Acuña should have stopped the shot. 77 minutes into the match, Nae Bărboianu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melchor Acuña. Durazno FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nae Bărboianu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-1. 81 minutes into the game, Viola Invest's Florin Bălașa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melchor Acuña made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-1. David Şneapotă made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Sebastian Gotzon sent off a good shot on target. Durazno FC's Melchor Acuña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nae Bărboianu in the 90th minute of play. Melchor Acuña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Bărboianu in the 91st minute of play. Gogo Iturri's late challenge caught a Viola Invest's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gogo Iturri helped the player get up and apologised. Gogo Iturri kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Bălașa in the 95th minute of play forced Durazno FC's goalkeeper Melchor Acuña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florin Bălașa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Viola Invest fully deserved thier win.
