Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Graham Long took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nils Robin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Graham Long in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Graham Long shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Robin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Graham Long managed to get in a good position for a shot. Staffordshire Terrier FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Graham Long was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils Robin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Portus Ganda's Lennert Van Den Bosch in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Staffordshire Terrier FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Staffordshire Terrier FC's zone, Lennert Van Den Bosch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niall Deacon came out of the goal and Lennert Van Den Bosch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nils Robin was a little too slow when Graham Long got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Nils Robin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Graham Long in the 25th minute of the match. Graham Long's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nils Robin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Portus Ganda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pedro Warnett was slow to take the kick. During this time Staffordshire Terrier FC's players had a chance to rest. The audience cheered loudly when Pedro Warnett's long shot in the 34th minute became 2-0 when the ball went to the left of and passed Nils Robin. Nils Robin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Graham Long in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lennert Van Den Bosch stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Staffordshire Terrier FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Daniel Rocastle hit a great ball. Portus Ganda's Nils Robin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Babe Spencer in the 60th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Staffordshire Terrier FC's Graham Long sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils Robin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Graham Long in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils Robin saved Portus Ganda from getting behind. A collision led to Portus Ganda getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Danny Spoelberchs hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes Portus Ganda got a freekick which was hit by Jannis Hemelsoet. Roger Hoolemans charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Hoolemans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lennert De Loose hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Nils Robin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Graham Long in the 75th minute of the match. After 76 played minutes Portus Ganda got a freekick which was hit by Loid Franckx. 77 minutes into the match, Portus Ganda's goal looked a bit too open when Graham Long came free, but Nils Robin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 81 minutes, Graham Long managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Staffordshire Terrier FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Graham Long was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute of the match Staffordshire Terrier FC got a corner. Portus Ganda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pedro Warnett ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Frankie Manson heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Lennert Van Den Bosch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute Graham Long shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Robin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Staffordshire Terrier FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
