Jerome Helssen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 32nd minute, Jelle De Boeck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jerome Helssen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 40th match minute, Katowice i Kluczbork was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeusz Gizynski to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plas got free with Maksymilian Fronczak in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Esquirla FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
