Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hílton Abraão kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA defense, Renato Alves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcel Severo. The FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel Severo should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Skull Sport F.C's Renato Alves got a free kick in the 10th minute. Carlinhos Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni Montenegro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hílton Abraão in the 16th minute of play forced Skull Sport F.C's goalkeeper Doni Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Luizão Zonta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skull Sport F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luizão Zonta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlinhos Rodrigues could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Doni Montenegro made a huge save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 30 minutes into the game, when Osvaldinho Prestes put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! In the 37th minute, Fiori Vargas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcel Severo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Marcel Severo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fiori Vargas in the 41st minute of play. When Skull Sport F.C's Renato Alves in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Renato Alves made a kick off. In the 53rd play minute Renato Alves came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marcel Severo. 1-4. After a rather tough play, Skull Sport F.C's Fiori Vargas got a free kick in the 56th minute. Hílton Abraão blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Doni Montenegro having to make a save. Marcel Severo made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Renato Alves sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Hílton Abraão managed to get in a good position for a shot. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's supporters rose to their feet, but Hílton Abraão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doni Montenegro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hílton Abraão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Skull Sport F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
