Spectators: 6717 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 0) Nye's Philip Hedvall started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Titouan Bellot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Albäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Markus Albäck came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Valette Stars's Titouan Bellot. But to his dismay, Titouan Bellot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Nye's Markus Albäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Titouan Bellot in the 9th minute of play. Markus Albäck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Mérigot in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Titouan Bellot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Markus Albäck was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Markus Albäck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Picavet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Isaac Mérigot made a precise shot to the right of Markus Albäck. Nye's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Markus Albäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspard Héraud, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Philippe Péchard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nye's Markus Albäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspard Héraud in the 32nd minute of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Markus Albäck showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Titouan Bellot in the 35th minute of play forced Nye's goalkeeper Markus Albäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute Gaspard Héraud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Albäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Markus Albäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Titouan Bellot, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The supporters of Nye booed when Valette Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philippe Péchard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Erik Hamberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Valette Stars's Hugues Drevet didn't even have to move. 45 minutes into the game, Kalle Boberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valette Stars the free kick. Markus Albäck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspard Héraud in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Mérigot to make the kick off. Nye's Markus Albäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspard Héraud in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Nye getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Kim Björklund hit a great ball. Markus Albäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspard Héraud, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. A hard shot 59 in the game by Paul Picavet from a close distance when the talented Markus Albäck managed to make a qualified save. Nye's players were relieved. In the 60th match minute, Nye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Hedvall to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Valette Stars's Gaspard Héraud ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Markus Albäck. Markus Albäck yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Titouan Bellot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Markus Albäck made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Valette Stars's Ahmid Dunoyer got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Nye's goalkeeper Markus Albäck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Titouan Bellot. 79 minutes into the match, Nye's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspard Héraud came free, but Markus Albäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Valette Stars's Gaspard Héraud nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Markus Albäck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. 83 minutes into the match, Nye's goalkeeper Markus Albäck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaac Mérigot. In the 84th minute, Valette Stars's Gaspard Héraud ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Markus Albäck. Markus Albäck yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Markus Albäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Titouan Bellot, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paul Picavet got free with Markus Albäck in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Valette Stars could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Nye throughout the match.
