The AlbaStars FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gazmend Fejzo should have stopped the shot. Natalio Mano struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Gazmend Fejzo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kalessin. After a defensive mix-up in AlbaStars FC's zone, Genaro Valery stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gazmend Fejzo came out of the goal and Genaro Valery tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to AlbaStars FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Margarit Qyra hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Genaro Valery got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elion Preka made a kick off. Emiliano Sanders received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Gazmend Fejzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kalessin's Genaro Valery got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, AlbaStars FC's Alkid Myftiu got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute of the match, Genaro Valery tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gazmend Fejzo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Genaro Valery came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Kalessin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genaro Valery couldn't finish the play. After 78 played minutes AlbaStars FC got a freekick which was hit by Lefter Mustafa. When Amadeo Berbiz came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Kalessin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Berbiz couldn't finish the play. Samuel Jordy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhabir Bajrami in the 81st minute of play. With a little luck, AlbaStars FC's Gazmend Fejzo got control of the ball when Genaro Valery tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Jaime Micael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gazmend Fejzo made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Genaro Valery sent off a good shot on target.
