The supporters of Samba Fotboll U21 booed when Formation Pure Lyonnaise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rémi Lys didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Sjödin in the 18th minute of play forced Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Edward Christoffersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samba Fotboll U21's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edward Christoffersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aron Wennersten's late challenge caught a Formation Pure Lyonnaise's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aron Wennersten helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Samba Fotboll U21 getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Aron Wennersten hit a great ball. Gaspard Letourneux recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Formation Pure Lyonnaise from getting a goal against them. Nelson Cloarec had great luck who in the 37thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ivar Sjödin from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Torbjörn Unesson's late challenge caught a Formation Pure Lyonnaise's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nelson Cloarec was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ivar Sjödin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 43 minute of play.

The wind increased when Davy Giacomoni made the kick off in the second half. Mohamed-Ali Duparc scored 2-2 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lennart Hägert, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivar Sjödin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Nelson Cloarec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Sjödin in the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Sjödin in the 79th minute of play forced Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Bror Eliasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nelson Cloarec didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivar Sjödin went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Nelson Cloarec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Pihl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bror Eliasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Cloarec having to interfere. After 91 minutes, Ivar Sjödin made it 5-2 with a short kick to the right side. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 94th minute, Uno Åberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nelson Cloarec was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2.
