Garlic Eaters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bror Eliasson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Zackary Billing's late challenge caught a Samba Fotboll U21's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zackary Billing helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes Garlic Eaters got a freekick which was hit by Zackary Billing. Jerome Newton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivar Sjödin in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, Samba Fotboll U21's Magne Dalberg got a free kick in the 25th minute. Jerome Newton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Christoffersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Casey Chegwyn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Edward Christoffersson notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Garlic Eaters's Jerome Newton. Jerome Newton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45th minute, Victor Barker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, Garlic Eaters's goal looked a bit too open when Ivar Sjödin came free, but Jerome Newton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Jörgen Pihl made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes, Samba Fotboll U21's Magne Dalberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jerome Newton came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Samba Fotboll U21 reached it. Dale Maylett's late challenge caught a Samba Fotboll U21's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dale Maylett helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd minute, Dale Maylett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Jörgen Pihl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Samba Fotboll U21's supporters rose to their feet, but Jörgen Pihl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerome Newton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Garlic Eaters's Samuel Stone got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Samba Fotboll U21's Jörgen Pihl in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jerome Newton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jerome Newton came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Samba Fotboll U21's Ivar Sjödin. But to his dismay, Ivar Sjödin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Christoffersson in the 87th minute of play forced Garlic Eaters's goalkeeper Jerome Newton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uno Åberg hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the game, Samba Fotboll U21's Ivar Sjödin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jerome Newton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Samba Fotboll U21 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
