Codrin Boc hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. A collision led to Unicorns ™ getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Tudor Bodea hit a great ball. Gery De Clercq received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Isac Drâmba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Steven Gijselinghs came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the FC Klavertje Vier fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steven Gijselinghs couldn't finish the play. Iustinian Petre charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iustinian Petre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Unicorns ™ getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Calistrat Mihalcea hit a great ball. During the 24th minute of the match Iustinian Petre completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Iustinian Petre a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 25th minute, Iustinian Petre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 minutes Unicorns ™'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Steven Gijselinghs who took care of the corner kick. The corner led FC Klavertje Vier's Steven Gijselinghs to fire away a dangerous shot which Isac Drâmba despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renzo Tailleur in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isac Drâmba saved Unicorns ™ from getting behind. Renaud Tilens hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dorin Plăcintă during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Unicorns ™ getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Dorin Plăcintă hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Renaud Tilens came free, but Isac Drâmba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Unicorns ™ fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Unicorns ™'s Petrică Ţirpescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Codrin Boc to make the kick off. Petrică Ţirpescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jeff Spoelbergs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Petrică Ţirpescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Petrică Ţirpescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute Petrică Ţirpescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeff Spoelbergs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Calistrat Mihalcea in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeff Spoelbergs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kristen Provoost kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the game, Aurel Huștiu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Jeff Spoelbergs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Unicorns ™'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
