Anibal Nalo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Goi got free with Isac Drâmba in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anibal Nalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tudor Bodea in the 12th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Calistrat Mihalcea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Club Atlethico Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Mugur Siniştean came free, but Anibal Nalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21stth minute of the game Guido Goi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unicorns ™'s Isac Drâmba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 24 minutes into the game, when Enzo Ganix put in a rough tackle. The supporters of Unicorns ™ booed when Club Atlethico Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Ganix didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Unicorns ™'s Dorin Plăcintă in action when he in the 26th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 27th match minute, Club Atlethico Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Tristan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calistrat Mihalcea in the 36th minute of play forced Club Atlethico Talleres's goalkeeper Anibal Nalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isac Drâmba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Birila, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tudor Bodea to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Unicorns ™'s Calistrat Mihalcea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugur Siniştean in the 55th minute of play forced Club Atlethico Talleres's goalkeeper Anibal Nalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tudor Bodea succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 56th playminute. With an all-out effort, Unicorns ™'s Anibal Nalo threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mugur Siniştean, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tudor Bodea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Nalo having to interfere. Guido Goi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Drâmba having to interfere. Isac Drâmba came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlethico Talleres's Guido Goi. But to his dismay, Guido Goi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Petrică Ţirpescu in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anibal Nalo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 79 minutes into the match, Guido Goi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isac Drâmba. Unicorns ™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guido Goi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. After 91 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Dorin Plăcintă. The Club Atlethico Talleres supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Unicorns ™'s performance. The match ended with a win for Unicorns ™.
