After some careless play in the FC Klavertje Vier defense, Bartjan Parmentier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeff Spoelbergs. The FC Klavertje Vier fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeff Spoelbergs should have stopped the shot. Jeff Spoelbergs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luka Dams in the 12th minute of the match. After 18 minutes of play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Luka Dams made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeff Spoelbergs was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of FC Klavertje Vier booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Geeraerts didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to KFC Paal-Tervant getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. David Laureijs hit a great ball. When Renzo Tailleur came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the FC Klavertje Vier fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renzo Tailleur couldn't finish the play. KFC Paal-Tervant were furious when Tobias Geeraerts was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to KFC Paal-Tervant getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Tobias Geeraerts hit a great ball. When Vincent Van der Vorst came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the FC Klavertje Vier fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincent Van der Vorst couldn't finish the play. Gilian Weynants kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rdth minute of the game Renzo Tailleur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renzo Tailleur in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reinaud De Schutter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luka Dams in the 35th minute of play forced FC Klavertje Vier's goalkeeper Jeff Spoelbergs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute KFC Paal-Tervant were awarded a corner. Luka Dams went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Luka Dams almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Klavertje Vier's Jeff Spoelbergs did a great save. Reinaud De Schutter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renzo Tailleur, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 46 played minutes KFC Paal-Tervant got a freekick which was hit by Manu Gyselinx.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lars De Kerpel was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute of the match Gerrit Van Boeckost sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reinaud De Schutter skillfully saved the ball. In the 59th match minute, FC Klavertje Vier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Bakayoko to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Gery De Clercq came free, but Reinaud De Schutter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Johan Bakayoko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 67 minutes, Manu Gyselinx managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Paal-Tervant's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manu Gyselinx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reinaud De Schutter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars De Kerpel, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 72 played minutes KFC Paal-Tervant got a freekick which was hit by Luka Dams. Reinaud De Schutter came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Klavertje Vier's Renzo Tailleur. But to his dismay, Renzo Tailleur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Adolf van Goetsenhoven hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute Lars De Kerpel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaud De Schutter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilian Weynants scored 2-3 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeff Spoelbergs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jerry Verengen hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Daniel Goossens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Klavertje Vier fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Luka Dams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Klavertje Vier were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
