Spectators: 7565 (Terracing: 5675, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Júlio Maciel kicked off to start the match. Deris Jimenez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Maciel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Nelson Hernández hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute Nelson Hernández shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Passa o Tanque MZ's Júlio Maciel got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Águila's goal looked a bit too open when Túlio Godoi came free, but Deris Jimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deris Jimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Vidal in the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Passa o Tanque MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Félix Pimentel came free, but Claudinei Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinei Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Félix Pimentel in the 26th minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orlando Flores was the one to do the kick off. Júlio Maciel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deris Jimenez having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Júlio Maciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Félix Pimentel in the 60th minute of play forced Passa o Tanque MZ's goalkeeper Claudinei Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 played minutes Passa o Tanque MZ got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Macedo. Claudinei Paraense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Félix Pimentel in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Orlando Flores ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudinei Paraense was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Túlio Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Passa o Tanque MZ's Júlio Maciel got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dedé Carneiro fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Passa o Tanque MZ's protests and gave Dedé Carneiro a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Passa o Tanque MZ's Dedé Carneiro got a free kick in the 88th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, Club Deportivo Águila could leave the field as winners, despite Passa o Tanque MZ having more of the ball for most of the match.
