A collision led to Pereiras FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Silas Soeiro hit a great ball. After 10 played minutes UNLIMITED got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Di Bernardo. After 12 played minutes, Pereiras FC's Ivo Macedo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Damiano Trombetta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pereiras FC reached it. In the 16th minute Karl Cioran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Trombetta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damiano Trombetta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Cioran, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute Pereiras FC were awarded a corner. Ivo Macedo went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Pereiras FC's corner Ciro Mandrak fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Damiano Trombetta quite easily take care of the ball. 31 minutes into the match, UNLIMITED's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Vasconcelos came free, but Damiano Trombetta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 played minutes UNLIMITED got a freekick which was hit by Alex Trinca. In the 35th minute of the match Ivo Macedo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damiano Trombetta skillfully saved the ball. 37 minutes into the match, UNLIMITED's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Vasconcelos came free, but Damiano Trombetta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Silas Soeiro made a precise shot to the right of Damiano Trombetta. UNLIMITED's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Sebastião Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Trombetta having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a little luck, UNLIMITED's Damiano Trombetta got control of the ball when Durval Torres tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pereiras FC made a substitution. Eduardo Furtado replaced Karl Cioran. 73 minutes into the game, Amerigo Salvagnin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UNLIMITED's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pereiras FC the free kick. The supporters of Pereiras FC booed when UNLIMITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amerigo Salvagnin didn't get a good kick on the ball. UNLIMITED's Damiano Trombetta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save UNLIMITED from getting a goal against them. Ciro Mandrak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damiano Trombetta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Adelino Vasconcelos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Damiano Trombetta made a huge save. 92 minutes into the match, Eduardo Furtado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Damiano Trombetta, 0-4. When the final whistle sounded Pereiras FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than UNLIMITED.
