Wilian Abraão's late challenge caught a B O B I S A's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaron Arnold charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Arnold the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. B O B I S A's Mickey Kohler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Fernando Nascimento in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute Wilian Abraão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickey Kohler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregor Dubler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. José Maria Ortiz came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by B O B I S A's Kurt Stahl. But to his dismay, Kurt Stahl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 30th minute, Gregor Dubler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gregor Dubler struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Felizberto EC's José Maria Ortiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Felizberto EC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of B O B I S A booed when Felizberto EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregor Dubler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, Felizberto EC's goalkeeper José Maria Ortiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Batsch. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Wilian Abraão made the kick off in the second half. José Maria Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregor Dubler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 minutes, Nino Forcucci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the B O B I S A and the Felizberto EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th match minute, B O B I S A was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nino Forcucci to maneuver through the defense. José Maria Ortiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregor Dubler, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute.
