Spectators: 7509 (Terracing: 5632, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fredrik Iqbal took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Rondeau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Arias to maneuver through the defense. Ståle Natland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Santana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karsten Thorkildsen having to make a save. Karsten Thorkildsen made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Emanuel Maurino sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Kjønstad BF's Jim Remøy got a free kick in the 9th minute. Karsten Thorkildsen had in the 12thth minute some difficulties stopping Constantino Unax's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Emanuel Maurino hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Rondeau's Leonel Enetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Iqbal in the 16th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Marcelo Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Thorkildsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Kjønstad BF getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ludvik Engeland hit a great ball. A hard shot 27 in the game by Marcelo Santana from a close distance when the talented Karsten Thorkildsen managed to make a qualified save. Kjønstad BF's players were relieved. Karsten Thorkildsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Dino in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to Rondeau getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Marcelo Santana hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Leon Dino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rondeau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelo Santana was the one to do the kick off. Emanuel Maurino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Karsten Thorkildsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Stig-Inge Sannerud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonel Enetz. Rondeau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stig-Inge Sannerud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Stig-Inge Sannerud fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kjønstad BF's protests and gave Stig-Inge Sannerud a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Rondeau booed when Kjønstad BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Inge Sannerud didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute Fredrik Iqbal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Enetz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Kjønstad BF booed when Rondeau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Bonadona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelo Santana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karsten Thorkildsen having to make a save. Karsten Thorkildsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Santana in the 90th minute of play. After having played for 96 minutes, Fredrik Iqbal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kjønstad BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredrik Iqbal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
