Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zak Walls's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Göktürk Vedatoğulları read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Barr Point's goal looked a bit too open when Bülent Korkmaz came free, but Bruce Gates reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Zak Walls ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Göktürk Vedatoğulları was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Zak Walls struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Göktürk Vedatoğulları didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barr Point. Bruce Gates showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dries Mertens, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Göktürk Vedatoğulları made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zak Walls in the 24th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Hayrettin Cemre rounded Barr Point's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Rory Weatherhead struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Göktürk Vedatoğulları didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barr Point. 32 minutes into the match, Wilfried Zaha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruce Gates. Barr Point's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilfried Zaha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Zak Walls sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Göktürk Vedatoğulları took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zak Walls, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hayrettin Cemre kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Göktürk Vedatoğulları made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rory Weatherhead in the 40th minute of play. When Ragıp Peyam fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.C Barak's protests and gave Ragıp Peyam a yellow card for diving instead. Ragıp Peyam kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Göktürk Vedatoğulları made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sammy Faulkner in the 42nd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, A.C Barak's goal looked a bit too open when Rory Weatherhead came free, but Göktürk Vedatoğulları reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute of the match Barr Point got a corner. A.C Barak's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zak Walls ran over to the corner to take the kick. Barr Point's Zak Walls was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Göktürk Vedatoğulları in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dries Mertens made a kick off. 62 minutes into the match, A.C Barak's goal looked a bit too open when Zak Walls came free, but Göktürk Vedatoğulları reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Dries Mertens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruce Gates saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rory Weatherhead sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Barr Point's goal looked a bit too open when Dries Mertens came free, but Bruce Gates reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Rory Weatherhead left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barr Point fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. In the 97th minute of the match Zak Walls sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Göktürk Vedatoğulları skillfully saved the ball.
