The audience was convinced that Anacleto Mikolas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Romani was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. German Lizer came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez. But to his dismay, Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. German Lizer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pello Cameno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Leonardo Romani got control of the ball when Santo Anaya tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th minute, Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. German Lizer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. German Lizer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. German Lizer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Lizer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. German Lizer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pello Cameno in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's goal looked a bit too open when Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez came free, but German Lizer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anacleto Mikolas was the one to do the kick off. In the 63rd match minute, Club Deportivo O IRIXO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lluc Ponte to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Mikolas came free, but Leonardo Romani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 77 minutes into the game, when Dacio Lara put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Club Deportivo O IRIXO:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LOS MENTI:s goal. In the 86th match minute, Club Deportivo O IRIXO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Romani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Belasko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Pello Cameno got a free kick in the 89th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
