Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hendrik-Jan Goddez made the kick off which started today's match. Gigi Trifănucăs short, quick shot in the 2ndth minute got Ludo Verstraeten to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ionică Verzea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitri Gielis in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Dinu Olteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ionică Verzea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hendrik-Jan Goddez's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Forza Heppenbach's Ward Raeymakers got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 9 minutes, Răzvan Manafu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LIVIUS UNITED MLS and the Forza Heppenbach players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to LIVIUS UNITED MLS getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Răzvan Manafu hit a great ball. Forza Heppenbach's Ludo Verstraeten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezar Chibulcutean in the 23rd minute of play. Ludo Verstraeten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Amarandei in the 24th minute of the match. Aurelian Savin charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurelian Savin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Guust de Pelsmaekers kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Ludo Verstraeten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Amarandei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ludo Verstraeten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gigi Trifănucă in the 41st minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Amarandei to strike the kick off in the second half. Guust de Pelsmaekers struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Ionică Verzea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forza Heppenbach. Aurelian Savin hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. When Guust de Pelsmaekers came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Forza Heppenbach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guust de Pelsmaekers couldn't finish the play. After 68 played minutes Guust de Pelsmaekers rounded LIVIUS UNITED MLS's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. Ludo Verstraeten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigi Trifănucă in the 71st minute of play. Ward Raeymakers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Ionică Verzea made a huge save. Robert Cămătaru kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Răzvan Manafu in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ludo Verstraeten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 82 minutes into the game, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Gigi Trifănucă nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ludo Verstraeten made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Ludo Verstraeten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Amarandei in the 85th minute of play. With a little luck, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Ionică Verzea got control of the ball when Ward Raeymakers tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ludo Verstraeten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gigi Trifănucă went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 94th minute, Ward Raeymakers reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ionică Verzea. The goal made the score 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
