In the 5th minute Anacleto Mikolas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the FURIA FIEL defense, Emiliano Kusko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leopoldo Macedo. The FURIA FIEL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leopoldo Macedo should have stopped the shot. LOS MENTI's Amador Avellaneda got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute, Ezequiel Teixeira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FURIA FIEL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Luís Guilherme Pirani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Naike having to interfere. Emiliano Kusko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Anacleto Mikolas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOS MENTI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. If Amador Avellaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anísio Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Emiliano Kusko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half LOS MENTI were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anacleto Mikolas made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, FURIA FIEL's goalkeeper Leopoldo Macedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amador Avellaneda. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anacleto Mikolas in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo Macedo saved FURIA FIEL from getting behind. Luís Guilherme Pirani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emiliano Kusko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dagoberto de Sousa in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rene Naike prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 81 minutes into the game, FURIA FIEL's Ezequiel Teixeira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rene Naike made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Amador Avellaneda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Macedo having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
