The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez to strike the kick off in the second half. Corrado Negrini hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Beppe De Lellis made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Iosu Toledo sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Beppe De Lellis. That made the score 0-3 in the 62 minute of play. Antero Vadillos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Josu Pabon was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 68th minute. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno De Lellis in the 77th minute of play forced Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper Leonardo Romani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Antero Vadillos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute Club Deportivo O IRIXO were awarded a corner. Antero Vadillos went to the cornerflag to take it. Gilesindo Paredes hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Carter Del Monte took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Romani. Leonardo Romani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The I ritirandi di Canaus fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Deportivo O IRIXO were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
