Spectators: 7563 (Terracing: 5673, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) Santa Margarita's Eduardo Iztal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Santa Margarita's Uriel Jerrald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Cresitobalo in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute Romulo Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Jerrald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Walme dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adolfo Sandaili, 1-0. Uriel Jerrald didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonas Ortzi went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 21 played minutes River Plate ® 9-12 got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Raitin. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Romulo Elazar sped through Santa Margarita's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Uriel Jerrald. Adolfo Sandaili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Calvet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Etxahun in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uriel Jerrald saved Santa Margarita from getting behind. Uriel Jerrald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Ortzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Adolfo Sandaili made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Eduardo Iztal sent off a good shot on target. Hermengildo Walme's late challenge caught a River Plate ® 9-12's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hermengildo Walme helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th minute, Eduardo Iztal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

After a rather tough play, River Plate ® 9-12's Humberto Etxahun got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 60th minute Jonas Ortzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Jerrald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 played minutes Santa Margarita got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Eleder. Uriel Jerrald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Etxahun in the 64th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Luis Gutierrez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Uriel Jerrald. Luis Gutierrez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Uriel Jerrald came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by River Plate ® 9-12's Humberto Etxahun. But to his dismay, Humberto Etxahun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Uriel Jerrald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Gutierrez in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, River Plate ® 9-12's Nemesio Frisco got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 77thth minute of the game Eduardo Iztal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River Plate ® 9-12's Adolfo Sandaili was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santa Margarita's Uriel Jerrald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Ortzi in the 82nd minute of play. After 87 minutes of play, River Plate ® 9-12's Humberto Etxahun made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Uriel Jerrald was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adolfo Sandaili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Iztal in the 91st minute of the match. River Plate ® 9-12 played a much better game than Santa Margarita and deserved their victory. The Santa Margarita players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
