Reinaldo Llinares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boguslaw Mnich went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute of the match, Szymon Dresik got a very nice opportunity to score, but Reinaldo Llinares was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Działki Leśne Gdynia's supporters rose to their feet, but Jakub Kolba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reinaldo Llinares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Szymon Dresik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
