An unexpectedly hard shot by Marat Shpagin in the 3rd minute of play forced CF Apaches's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Lagiewniki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to CF Apaches getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Konstanty Slazak hit a great ball. In the 9th minute Marat Shpagin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Przemyslaw Lagiewniki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Irakliy Khokhlov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 22 played minutes Днепр ФК got a freekick which was hit by Andrey Chizhov. In the 26th match minute, CF Apaches was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Pacholewski to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in CF Apaches's zone, Sergey Bilyaletdinov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Przemyslaw Lagiewniki came out of the goal and Sergey Bilyaletdinov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nikolay Finikov hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstanty Slazak in the 31st minute of play forced Днепр ФК's goalkeeper Irakliy Khokhlov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Przemyslaw Lagiewniki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolf Kotlyarevskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Leonid Zhdanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Przemyslaw Lagiewniki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marat Shpagin in the 39th minute of play. Cyprian Solecki took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Irakliy Khokhlov. Irakliy Khokhlov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miroslaw Cielencki made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Konstanty Slazak notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Днепр ФК's Irakliy Khokhlov. Irakliy Khokhlov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of CF Apaches booed when Днепр ФК was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerasim Zastavskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Konstanty Slazak got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tymoteusz Adamczak during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, CF Apaches was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tymoteusz Adamczak to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Marat Shpagin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Przemyslaw Lagiewniki was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CF Apaches! After a rather tough play, CF Apaches's Edgar Dejo got a free kick in the 81st minute. Sergey Bilyaletdinov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Przemyslaw Lagiewniki was a little too slow when Rudolf Kotlyarevskiy got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 3-2. Marat Shpagin struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Przemyslaw Lagiewniki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Днепр ФК. Przemyslaw Lagiewniki was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Marat Shpagin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marat Shpagin really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. In the 98th minute, Marat Shpagin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Despite being the better team, Днепр ФК failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
