After 11 played minutes, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Iyan Sainz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Babbis Papasotiriou came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ALPUJARRAS LIBRE reached it. With a little luck, BE COOL's Babbis Papasotiriou got control of the ball when Castel Morales tried to sneak it across the goal line. Babbis Papasotiriou made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Castel Morales sent off a good shot on target. BE COOL's Babbis Papasotiriou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oton Gonzáles in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Ariando Higuera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Babbis Papasotiriou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oton Gonzáles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Babbis Papasotiriou having to interfere. Babbis Papasotiriou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oton Gonzáles, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the match, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's goal looked a bit too open when Eustratios Psomiadis came free, but Roger Zubizarreta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Babbis Papasotiriou successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Babbis Papasotiriou made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ariando Higuera in the 43rd minute.

The wind increased when Ariando Higuera made the kick off in the second half. Andreas Papadaskalopoulos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roger Zubizarreta came out and tried to block the shot, but Andreas Papadaskalopoulos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 53rd minute. The BE COOL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Babbis Papasotiriou should have stopped the shot. Babbis Papasotiriou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sindo Fernandez in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of BE COOL booed when ALPUJARRAS LIBRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antxoka Abancens didn't get a good kick on the ball. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Curro Huarte was substituted for Castel Morales. BE COOL were furious when Nikos Pegiadis was red carded, 70 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 70th minute, one of BE COOL:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BE COOL. In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for ALPUJARRAS LIBRE. Iyan Sainz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Babbis Papasotiriou. 3-1. Eustratios Psomiadis was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 78th minute. BE COOL's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Eustratios Psomiadis managed to get in a good position for a shot. BE COOL's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustratios Psomiadis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger Zubizarreta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of ALPUJARRAS LIBRE booed when BE COOL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Papadaskalopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roger Zubizarreta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustratios Psomiadis in the 84th minute of play. BE COOL's Babbis Papasotiriou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sindo Fernandez in the 87th minute of play. Sindo Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Babbis Papasotiriou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Giorgos Gonias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Henric Suarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Babbis Papasotiriou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariando Higuera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BE COOL's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
