When Felipo Ortega fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's protests and gave Felipo Ortega a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Luponero FC booed when ALPUJARRAS LIBRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipo Ortega didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Ariando Higuera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvise Riccardi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ariando Higuera in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvise Riccardi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alvise Riccardi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariando Higuera, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Fulvio Piacente's late challenge caught a ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulvio Piacente helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Luponero FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Fulvio Piacente hit a great ball. After 19 minutes of play, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Ariando Higuera made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvise Riccardi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute, Ariando Higuera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ALPUJARRAS LIBRE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Luponero FC's Alvise Riccardi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariando Higuera in the 33rd minute of play. Iyan Sainz's late challenge caught a Luponero FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iyan Sainz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iyan Sainz to maneuver through the defense. Fulvio Piacente shot from long distance in the 37th minute, but Roger Zubizarreta was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. When Fulvio Piacente was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 43 minutes had been played. In the 44th minute, Fulvio Piacente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half ALPUJARRAS LIBRE were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Alvise Riccardi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ariando Higuera went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Roger Zubizarreta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Chioda in the 55th minute of play. Alvise Riccardi made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Ariando Higuera sent off a good shot on target. Ariando Higueras short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Alvise Riccardi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Roger Zubizarreta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Oriali in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariando Higuera in the 79th minute of play forced Luponero FC's goalkeeper Alvise Riccardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Luponero FC booed when ALPUJARRAS LIBRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iyan Sainz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Iyan Sainz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Breixo Aznar kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. With his leg Alvise Riccardi managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Ariando Higuera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ermanno Banana kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. A collision led to ALPUJARRAS LIBRE getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Iyan Sainz hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Enzo Oriali notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Roger Zubizarreta. Roger Zubizarreta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
