In the 8th minute, Bart Lyon made a precise shot to the right of Décio Neto. Vista Alegre FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Décio Neto came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Alexandrie CF's Djamel Scheffer. But to his dismay, Djamel Scheffer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 19thth minute of the game Sam Hamon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vista Alegre FC's Décio Neto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jean-Christophe Boquet hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ange Albouy to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Vista Alegre FC's goalkeeper Décio Neto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ange Albouy. A collision led to Alexandrie CF getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Sam Hamon hit a great ball. Décio Neto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Djamel Scheffer went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Ediberto Abraão kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Sam Hamon notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Vista Alegre FC's Décio Neto. Décio Neto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 76th minute, Ediberto Abraão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the game, Zé Carlos França was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vista Alegre FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alexandrie CF the free kick. After 84 played minutes Vista Alegre FC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Carlos França. In the 89thth minute of the game Sam Hamon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vista Alegre FC's Décio Neto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ange Albouy's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Décio Neto firmly grabbed it by the left post. Décio Neto made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ange Albouy sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Alexandrie CF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vista Alegre FC.
